CRSA Sprints At Utica-Rome Rained Out

VERNON, N.Y. — CRSA officials and track officials at Utica-Rome Speedway have called Friday’s running of the I-90 Pit Stop Challenge a rainout due to predicted weather. All weekly divisions have been canceled, as well.

Numerous forecasts have predicted skies opening throughout the day that could prevent the track from being ready to race or even the racing card from finishing.

Mike Emhof and BD Motorsports Media are diligently working to secure a new date for the event.

“The Future Stars of Sprint Cars” are now gearing up for the first two-in-two of the season at Penn Can Speedway and Thunder Mountain Speedway Aug. 9-10 for a pair of Joe’s Garage Southern Tier Series events
