TAZEWELL, Tenn. — Dale McDowell started from the pole and led all 75 laps of Monday night’s Lil’ Bill Corum Memorial dirt late model race at Tazewell Speedway.
The race was sanctioned by the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals and the Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series.
McDowell earned $21,000 for beating Jimmy Owens to the checkered flag by 1.143 seconds.
Ricky Weiss, Donald McIntosh and Brendon Williams rounded out the top five.
