Heim Secures Lime Rock Pole

LAKEVILLE, Conn. — Point leader Corey Heim won the pole for Saturday afternoon’s LIUNA 150 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Lime Rock Park during qualifying Saturday morning.

Driving the No. 11 TRICON Garage Toyota, Heim sped to his third pole of the season and the 10th of his career with a lap of 53.115 seconds at 100.175 mph.

Veteran sports car racer Jordan Taylor qualified second in what will be his first Truck Series start aboard a Spire Motorsports Chevrolet.

Layne Riggs was third in a Front Row Motorsports Ford, with reigning series champion Ty Majeski fourth in a ThorSport Ford.

Brent Crews, the 2023 Trans Am TA2 champion, will start fifth in a team Truck to the one driven by Heim.
