SARVER, Pa. — Hall of Famers Dale and Dave Blaney teamed up to claim victory in Friday night’s Western PA Speedweek sprint car feature at Lernerville Speedway.
Dale Blaney started his brother’s No. 10 sprint car in sixth position and took the lead from Jeremy Weaver on lap nine.
He led the remainder of the 30-lap distance to earn the $4,500 payday on the four-tenths-mile dirt track in what was the third round of the five-event series.
Weaver finished second, with Mark Smith third.
A.J. Flick, who won the first two nights, finished fourth, with Dan Shetler fifth.
