Larson — Races ‘Eight Days A Week’

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Eight Days A Week is more than a popular Beatles song from 1964, it’s the story of Kyle Larson’s last week in racing.

Larson has his first off day today (July 21) in more than a week after racing eight consecutive days.

Bookended by NASCAR Cup Series drives at California’s Sonoma Raceway and Dover (Del.) Motor Speedway, Larson ran six consecutive winged sprint car races with High Limit Racing and the World of Outlaws.

The highlight of the week was a victory in the $100,000-to win Joker’s Jackpot at Eldora Speedway.

Larson ran 35th at Sonoma and was fourth on Sunday at Dover. In between, he finished no worse than fifth, which came in the Brad Doty Classic at Attica Raceway Park.

After an off day today, Larson is expected to be back in action tomorrow at the Don Martin Memorial at Lernerville Speedway in Pennsylvania.
