VADO, N.M. — A cold front moving through the area has forced officials with the 19th annual Rio Grande Waste Services Wild West Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts at FK Rod Ends Vado Speedway Park presented by Low Voltage Solutions to shuffle the upcoming schedule.
First, the practice for Tuesday has been bumped up to 4 – 8 p.m. MT.
Next, due to chances of precipitation paired with high winds the racing program originally scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 8 has been moved to Thursday, Jan. 9.
The night’s action on Thursday, Jan. 9 is headlined by super late models ($10,000-to-win), Modifieds ($1,000-to-win), and X-Mods ($500-to-win).
