LAKE WALES, Fla. — DGM Racing has signed part-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Derek Lemke to make his NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series debut Saturday at Iowa Speedway.
Lemke will pilot the No. 91 Chevrolet carrying the colors of Crankshaft Supply, Rack Shack BBQ, and Burch Farms.
A native of Delano, Minnesota, Lemke has built an impressive racing résumé over more than a decade of competition. His passion for motorsports has taken him from grassroots short tracks across the country to the national stage, competing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series while earning a reputation as a determined and versatile racer.
“Derek has worked incredibly hard throughout his racing career, and we’re excited to welcome him to the DGM Racing family,” said Mario Gosselin, owner of DGM Racing. “He’s proven himself in a variety of race cars over the years, and we’re looking forward to seeing what he can accomplish behind the wheel of our No. 91 Chevrolet.”
For Lemke, the opportunity marks another milestone in a lifelong pursuit of racing at NASCAR’s highest levels.
