TALLADEGA, Ala. — Talladega Superspeedway will play a crucial role during The Chase as NASCAR returns to high banks of Alabama in April and October of 2027.
Fans will have two opportunities to witness a full slate of high-stakes racing at the 2.66-mile race track.
The traditional spring weekend returns with the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and NASCAR Cup Series providing an opportunity to gain points in a pivotal superspeedway clash early in the season April 24-25, 2027.
In the fall, The Chase will be in full swing as all three NASCAR national series head back to Talladega Superspeedway Oct. 29-31, 2027. The October race weekend will be pivotal to helping set the field for drivers who will compete for a championship at the end of the 2027 season.
“It’s an honor for Talladega Superspeedway to continue to have two race weekends giving our fans multiple opportunities to experience high-stakes action at this incredible venue,” said Josh Harris, Region President, Talladega Superspeedway and Darlington Raceway. “Looking up into the grandstands and seeing the passion the fans have for NASCAR in the heart of Alabama is extremely rewarding and we look forward to seeing action-packed racing return next spring and fall.”
