NORTH WILKESBORO, N.C. — Fans from all 50 states, the District of Columbia and eight foreign countries will be on hand at North Wilkesboro Speedway Sunday as the legendary track hosts a sold-out crowd for the Window World 450.
It’s NASCAR’s first Cup Series points race at the historic venue in three decades.
Officials announced that reserved grandstand seating, camping and advanced parking is sold out for the fourth consecutive year since NASCAR’s return to racing on the 0.625-mile short track in the North Carolina foothills in 2023, with fans traveling from as far as Australia, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands.
“Since NASCAR returned to North Wilkesboro, we’ve been fortunate to welcome passionate race fans from around the world, and Sunday’s Window World 450 will once again shine a spotlight on Wilkes County and North Carolina,” said Graig Hoffman, executive director of North Wilkesboro Speedway. “After tremendous crowds for Friday’s zMAX CARS Tour Spears Manufacturing 75 and Skyline National Bank 100, along with Saturday’s FaithFest 250, our entire team is excited to write the next chapter in the history of this iconic speedway. Sunday’s Window World 450 will feature the longest NASCAR Cup Series race ever contested at North Wilkesboro and the track’s first points race in three decades, making it a truly historic day for our fans, partners and community.”
