Bettis To Make Silver Crown Debut At Toldeo

TOLEDO, Ohio — Colton Bettis will make his USAC Silver Crown Series debut with Sam Pierce Racing during Saturday’s Rollie Beale Classic at Toledo Speedway.

The 15-year-old phenom will become the youngest driver to compete in USAC Silver Crown Series history. Bettis will pilot the No. 126 AP Driver Development / SamPierceChevy.com / Logical Systems Chevy powered Beast alongside teammate and Team SPR primary driver Kaylee Bryson.

Bettis will also race the SPR No. 26 Chevy V-6 powered sprint car during the Glenn Niebel Classic at Anderson Speedway this Thursday. SPR team principal Aaron Pierce is the all-time Glenn Niebel Classic race winner with six career victories.

Bettis has been on quite a roll as of late, winning the 2024 Auburndale (Fla.) Pro Late Model Championship and the 2024 BG Southern Sprint Car Series Championship last season.

His roll continues into 2025 as he has won five of the first seven winged pavement sprint car races in Florida this season.
