IMPERIAL, Pa. — Second chapter, same as the first.
A.J. Flick led every lap to win Thursday’s Western PA Speedweek sprint car feature at PA’s Pittsburgh Motor Speedway.
It was Flick’s second victory in as many nights of competition in the series and made him the all time winner with his eighth Speedweek victory.
Flick earned $4,000 for beating Cale Thomas, who started ninth, to the checkered flag for the second consecutive night.
Ricky Peterson, Carl Bowser and Mark Smith completed the top five.
Dale Blaney was the fast qualifier for the 28-car field and finished seventh.
