Kofoid Breaks Through At Lincoln

ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. — Buddy Kofoid was the fifth different winner in six sprint car races this season at Lincoln Speedway.

Driving Bernie Stuebgen’s familiar No. 71, Kofoid won the Weldon Sterner Memorial. It was his first victory at the three-eighths-mile track.

Kofoid held off Freddie Rahmer for the victory, with Danny Dietrich finishing third.

Justin Peck raced from 12th to finish fourth. Chase Dietz came home fifth.

Hayden Miller won the 358 sprint car feature.
