Rainy Forecast Stops Delaware Super DIRTcar Run

GEORGETOWN, Del. — With the best interest of fans and traveling teams in mind, and weather models showing up to an inch of rain falling on Tuesday at Georgetown Speedway, Super DIRTcar Series and track officials have postponed the Delaware Diamond 75.

The decision was made after consultation with Precision Weather Service.

Series and track officials are searching for a viable date to reschedule the event.

The Super DIRTcar Series will continue its high-octane show on Memorial Day weekend with a doubleheader. First, the Beasts of the Northeast head to Weedsport (N.Y.) Speedway on May 25.
