SWAINSBORO, Ga. — Brandon Overton earned $10,053 for winning on the opening night of the Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals campaign Friday night at Swainsboro Raceway.
Overton took the lead from Sam Seawright on the 10th lap and led the remaining distance to claim the victory, with Seawright, who started on the pole, finishing second.
It was Overton’s fourth victory of the season.
Mike Marlar, Ethan Dotson and Carson Ferguson rounded out the top five.
Seawright was the fast qualifier for the 32-car field with a 15.583-second lap.
