Rain Sets Up Two Feature Friday At Eldora

ROSSBURG, Ohio — Rain plagued Thursday’s opening program for the Dirt Late Model Dream at Eldora Speedway, finally washing out the program prior to the feature.

As a result, the main event has been moved to Friday night and will run after the completion of the Friday program.

Friday’s start times will be moved up. Driver meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. and hot laps will start at 5:30 p.m. with racing to follow.

Michael Page was the fast qualifier with a lap of 15.239 seconds on the historic half-mile race track as half the field was set for the Thursday program with the second half running on Friday’s card.

Heat race winners were Wil Herrington, Austin Smith, Michael Leach and Tyler Erb.

Herrington and Carson Ferguson will share the front row for the 50-lap event when it runs Friday night.
