IMPERIAL, Pa. — The inaugural Three Rivers Throwdown brought the Falconi’s Moon Township Automotive FAST on Dirt 410 Winged Sprint Cars to PPMS with 39 cars signed in, $10,000 on the line, and a main event that kept its best secret until the final five laps.
In the end, Indiana’s Parker Price-Miller claimed the victory.
Brandon Spithaler grabbed the early lead with Sye Lynch and Carl Bowser in tow as the field completed lap one. Then the race gave everyone one early chance to reset.
The event’s only caution came out on lap two, stacking the field behind Spithaler.
For the next 23 laps, nobody was getting another one.
Spithaler kept the lead when green replaced yellow and quickly went back to work.
By laps eight and nine, the leaders had reached lapped traffic.
Spithaler continued to control the pace, but the order behind him was quietly shifting.
Bowser ran second, Dietrich held third, Lynch sat fourth, and Price Miller was already charging in fifth.
Price Miller was not the story yet. He was getting closer.
On lap 12, Price Miller moved past Lynch to take fourth.
Spithaler still led, Dietrich continued his charge, and Bowser remained in the fight.
Five laps later, the picture looked very different.
By lap 18, Spithaler still led with Dietrich in second.
Price Miller had climbed to third.
Jerich ran fourth, while Bowser had fallen to fifth after starting on the pole. The race was starting to run out of laps.
With five laps remaining, Price Miller completed his charge to the front and took over the lead.

Dietrich finished second, Jerich finished third, Spithaler finished fourth, and Ricky Peterson rounded out the top five.
