Dominant Howard Is 12-Time USCS Winner

GUNTOWN, Miss. — Dale Howard continued his domination of United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour Presented By Hoosier Racing Tire competition with his second win in as many nights in the 30-lap feature Saturday at Pine Ridge Speedway.
