SWEETWATER, Tenn. — USCS National point leader Dale Howard drove to his 10th series win of the season on Saturday night in the 25-lap event for the United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour Presented By Hoosier Racing Tire at I-75 Raceway.
Howard is now closing in on the USCS National Championship with his 36th USCS career win.
Howard took the lead from 16-time USCS champion Terry Gray on lap three, and never looked back. Gray finished second followed by Tyler Blankenship in the third spot.
Chase Howard started seventh and finished fourth. Jeff Willingham took the fifth spot.
Dirt Late Model star Mike Marlar made his second sprint car start in Dale Howard’s backup car and brought it home in the ninth spot.
