Macri Does It Again In PA Speedweek

YORK HAVEN, Pa. — Anthony Macri won his second PA Speedweek sprint car feature in as many nights as the 33rd annual series stopped at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday night.

Macri grabbed the lead on lap seven after Lucas Wolfe led the first six circuits. Macri, who won Saturday night’s Speedweek opener at Lincoln Speedway, led the remainder of the 30-lap event for his second win of the week and seventh of the season.

Justin Peck came home second, with Tanner Thorson, Danny Dietrich and Lance Dewease rounding out the top five.

Thorson turned the fast qualifying lap for the 34-car field with a 14.736-second circuit.

Macri leads Peck by 61 points after two races.

Kenny Edkin won the super sportsman feature.

The series travels to Lincoln Speedway on Monday.
