Matheny Is Lima Thundestock Ace

ALLENTOWN, Ohio — Jeff Matheny claimed the victory as Limaland Motorsports Park opened up the month of June with the 20th running of the Keysor Memorial for the Thunderstocks on Friday night.  

Matheny took the lead on the second lap of the 15-lap event and held off numerous challenges to bank the $2,000 top prize.

Jordan Conover finished second, with Gabe Mueller, Nick Bowers and Andy Welch rounding out the top five.

Todd Sherman topped the 20-lap DIRTcar modified feature, beating Mike Learman to the checkered flag.

Landon Simon won the non-winged sprint car feature and Tony Anderson topped the dirt truck race.
