Williamson Goes Back-To-Back In STSS Mods

HOGANSBURG, N.Y. — Mat Williamson went back-to-back in Short Track Super Series competition.

After a victory on Monday night at Can-Am Speedway, Williamson won Tuesday night’s Summer Showdown on the Border at Mohawk Int’l Raceway.

The 50-lap victory was worth $10,0000 to Williamson, who started fourth and held off polesitter Jackson Gill.

Matt Sheppard finished third with David Hebert and Chris Raabe completing the top five.

Tyler Peet won the sportsman modified feature.
