SELINSGROVE, Pa. — Chase Dietz earned his 26th winged sprint car victory of the season on Saturday night and fittingly earned $26,000.
Dietz raced from third starting spot to win the Jim Nace Memorial National Open at Selinsgrove Speedway. It was his second victory in as many nights at the half-mile dirt track.
Dietz also claimed the track championship at Selinsgrove with the victory.
Driving the familiar Stehman Motorsports No. 23, Dietz came home ahead of polesitter Anthony Macri.
Danny Dietrich, Justin Whittall and Troy Wagaman Jr. completed the top five.
