NEW SMYRNA, Fla. — The entry list for the 25th Clyde Hart Memorial at New Smyrna Speedway has grown to over 50 cars.
Drivers from 17 states and Canada make up the list of 52 paid entries to kick off the ASA STARS National Tour on Tuesday night.
2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion Chase Elliott headlines the field that includes over 10 drivers with ties to NASCAR.
Last year’s ASA STARS National champion and full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series competitor Ty Majeski will be on with fellow ASA-branded tours champions of the ASA Southern Super Series & ASA CRA Super Late Model, Gio Ruggiero and ASA Midwest Tour champion Gabe Sommers.
Not only have the champions come to race, the top 15 in last year’s points have returned to kick off the ASA STARS season.
Drivers from Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Maine, North Carolina, Colorado, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Virginia, New York and Canada have all come together at the famed half-mile paved oval.
