YORK HAVEN, Pa. — Ashton Torgerson took his first ride in Bobby Allen’s Shark Racing No. 1a Sunday at BAPS Motor Speedway and made it a winning one.
Torgerson raced from fourth starting position on the three-eighths-mile track to win the 30-lap main event ahead of Chase Dietz.
Danny Dietrich romped from 14th on the grid to finish third, while Lance Dewease and Anthony Macri completed the top five.
Coleby Frye won the 358 modified feature.
