KNOXVILLE, Iowa — Keeping the best interest of drivers and fans in mind, Knoxville Raceway and Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series officials have adjusted the schedule for Saturday’s championship night of the 20th running of the Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals presented by Your Life Iowa.
The pit gate will open at 1 p.m., followed by the grandstand gates at 3 p.m. Hot Laps will begin at 4 p.m., and racing is slated to begin at 5 p.m.
Knoxville Raceway and Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series officials are closely monitoring the weather forecast and are committed to making every effort to complete Saturday’s portion of the event.
If any further schedule adjustments are needed, announcements will be made via the track and series’ website and social media channels.
