Seawright Controls 34th Ice Bowl

EASTABOGA, Ala. — Sam Seawright led all 50 laps from the pole to win Saturday’s 34th running of the Ice Bowl super late model event at the Talladega Short Track.

Seawright held off Josh Putnam by .814 seconds to win the $7,500 top prize over a 26-car field.

Todd Morrow, Chris Jones and Dillon Tidmore completed the top five.

Jimmy Thomas won the Crate Racin USA late model main event and Bradley Qualls toped the CRUSA modified feature.
