Flying Feger Stops Unzicker At Quincy

QUINCY, Ill. — Jason Feger took the lead on the second lap and powered away to win Friday’s MARS Late Model Championship Series feature at Quincy Raceway.

Starting on the pole, Feger led the final 39 laps to earn the $5,000 top prize, while beating Ryan Unzicker, who charged forward from ninth starting spot, to the checkered flag.

Justin Reed, who led the first lap, Tony Jackson Jr. and Rusty Griffaw completed the top five.

Shannon Babb was the fast qualifier for the 24-car field with 12.242-second blast.
