CONCORD, N.C. — Due to forecasted inclement weather, officials have announced that Saturday’s Blue Cross NC 300 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway has been postponed to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11.
The race will follow the Bank of America 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at 3 p.m. Practice and qualifying sessions for both the NCS and NOAPS have been canceled, and the starting lineups will be set per the rulebook.
The Sunday schedule remains as originally planned, with the addition of the Blue Cross NC 300 NOAPS race added at 8 p.m.:
8 a.m. – Parking Lots Open
9 a.m. – Fan Zone Opens
11 a.m. – Tim Dugger Concert
12 p.m. – Suites and Ticket Gates Open | Trackside Live and Fan Track Access Begin
1 p.m. – Tyler Hubbard Concert
2:35 p.m. – NCS Driver Introductions
3 p.m. – Bank of America 400 NCS Race
8 p.m. – Blue Cross NC 300 NOAPS Race
Saturday’s Blue Cross NC ticket holders will be allowed into the grandstands following the Bank of America 400 checkered flag. At that time, Saturday ticket holders will have first priority for reserved seating for the rescheduled Blue Cross NC 300, and Sunday ticket holders may sit in any open seat.
