WoO Sets Four-Race U.S.-Canada Weekend For 2027

CONCORD, N.C. — It’s never too early to make next year’s racing plans.

The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series has finalized a four-race trip through the northeast in 2027.

First up, the tour will continue the rekindled tradition of heading across the northern border into Canada. Ohsweken, Ontario’s Ohsweken Speedway will open the stretch on Tuesday, July 20. The Greatest Show on Dirt returned to Glenn Styres’ fine facility in 2025 after an eight-year absence, and 2027 is set to be the third straight season Ohsweken owns a slot on the calendar.

Then it’s over to the eastern edge of Ontario where Long Sault’s Cornwall Motor Speedway takes the spotlight on Thursday, July 22. It’ll mark the tour’s first visit to the bullring since a 2014 Donny Schatz victory.

The swing is punctuated on U.S. soil as the country’s top Sprint Car teams will cross into New York for Weedsport Speedway’s Empire State Challenge Weekend on Saturday-Sunday, July 24-25. The uniquely shaped track has been a mainstay of the schedule for more than a decade. Ticketholders for the 2026 Empire State Challenge Weekend can renew their tickets now for 2027.
