ELDON, Mo. — Sam Hafertepe Jr. made a last-lap pass of Joel Myers Jr. to win Sunday night’s POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprints feature at Lake Ozark Speedway.
Myers dominated the middle stages of the 25-lap feature but came home second after Hafertepe’s winning move.
“This bald guy can still get it done, we were a little tight early, but as the track changed, I knew it was a matter of time before the car came into its own,” Hafertepe said. “This car was so good in turns one and two, I knew we had it in the bag with the late race restart. This was a fun one, hats off to the track crew for giving us this track tonight with all the rain last night.”
Kyle Bellm finished third, with Gage Montgomery and Kaleb Johnson completing the top five.
