ALGER, Wash. — On the day where the USA celebrated birthday No. 250, Trey Starks celebrated his seventh feature win of 2026 at Skagit Speedway by winning the Hill’s Meat Company 410 sprint car main event.
Starks started in row two and quickly moved into second place while Levi Hillier had the early lead. Starks would shoot past Hillier on lap four to take over the lead and would build a small advantage on Hillier as the pair streaked toward traffic.
Starks kept a small lead the whole way, with Levi only 5-6 car lengths back the whole while, but it was enough for Trey to come home with the win. Hillier was second while Jason Solwold took third.
In the Skagit Casino Resort IMCA Modifieds, Lane Zerbin raced to his first career win. Cory Gordon led the first four laps before Zerbin found a path by him on his way to leading the rest of the feature. Following Zerbin was Rory Smith in second and Ben Gunderson in third.
Austin Kerrigan ventured North to Skagit Speedway and found himself in victory lane with the Hornets. Kerrigan battled past Mike Guffey on lap 12 to take the top spot and the victory, with Guffey running second and point’s leader Steve Peters taking third.
