Jacob Allen Claims Bloomington Sprint

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — National touring sprint car racer Jacob Allen won Friday night’s IRA Maverick Mayhem feature at Bloomington Speedway.

Allen, who started on the pole, held off Thursday night series winner Emerson Axsom, who started ninth, for his fourth victory of the season.

Chris Windom, Brady Bacon and Darin Naida completed the top five in the second race in the four-race series matching the IRA Sprint Car Series and the Maverick Sprint Car Series.
