Brexton Busch Rules Tulsa Junior Sprint Run

TULSA, Okla. — With caution flags playing to his favor, Brexton Busch led flag-to-flag for his first Golden Driller with the Flying A-Motorsports Junior Sprints at the 40th annual Smiley’s Racing Products Tulsa Shootout powered NOS Energy Drink.

Along with the Golden Driller, Flying A-Motorsports also awarded Busch with a Burromax, to which brought a wave of laughter saying, “Oh, my mom is going to be mad. She hates it when I’m on stuff like that.”

Taking off from the pole, the nine-year-old son of two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch hit his marks on every restart to hold off Jax Wittmer, who held on for second.

Gage Pio made the run from seventh to round out the podium, with Mackcen Roush and Ashlyn Wittmer made up the top five.
