Wind & Cold Push ASCS Florida Finale To Monday

BARBERVILLE, Fla. — Due to hazardous winds and frigid temperatures, Saturday’s DIRTcar Nationals program was postponed to Monday.

The American Sprint Car Series will run a full new program – still paying $12,000 to the Feature winner – in addition to the already scheduled Monday program with the DIRTcar UMP Modifieds. Saturday’s Modified program will conclude Monday evening after all other features with four non-qualifiers and a feature – the top 16 in points will be locked in.

This brings fans an action-packed night of racing on Monday with the American Sprint Car Series Big Gator Championship finale and seven Modified Features in total.

Fans with a Saturday ticket can use that ticket for Monday’s program. Single-day, two- and three-day bands can be exchanged for a Monday pit pass. Infield Tailgatoring carries over to Monday as well.

Grandstands will open at 3 p.m. (ET) and on-track action is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. (ET).
