FONDA, N.Y. — Brian Pessolano and Demetrious Drellos each won 22-lap modified features on Dave Lape Memorial Night at Fonda Speedway.
Pessolano raced from outside the front row and held off fifth-starter Jessica Friesen to win the opening main event, while Roger Henion Jr., Ronnie Johnson and Rocky Warner completed the top five.
Drellos started on the pole in the nightcap and held off Warner the entire distance en route to victory. Johnson, Friesen and Dave Constantino completed the top five.
Mike Kalkbrenner and Clayton DuMond won the crate 602 sportsman features.
Other winners were Ivan Joslin (pro stock), Rocco Constantino (limited sportsman), A.J. Greco (limited sportsman) and Jay Ingersoll (four cylinder).
