Thornhill Claims Skagit Sprint Main

ALGER, Wash. — Colby Thornhill won Saturday night’s 360 sprint car feature that headlined the racing program at Skagit Speedway.

Thornhill took the lead from Jason Solwold on lap nine and led the remainder of the 30-lap event on the three-tenths-mile dirt track.

Fast-qualifier Trey Starks came home second, with Jesse Schlotfeldt, Colton Heath and Luke Didiuk rounding out the top five.

Eric Fisher claimed the sportsman sprint car main event and Geoff Morris won the modified feature.
