Solwold Rules Skagit Sprint

ALGER, Wash. — Jason Solwold won Saturday night’s 410 sprint car feature at Skagit Speedway.

Solwold, who was the fast qualifier with a lap of 11.410 seconds on the three-tenths-mile track, passed Willie Croft for the lead on lap 10 and led the remainder of the 30-lap event.

Croft finished second, with Trey Starks, Justin Sanders and Jesse Scholotfeldt rounding out the top five.

Levi Klatt won the sportsman sprint car feature and Rick Smith topped the modified main event.
