LAFARGEVILLE, N.Y. — A great crowd saw another action-packed night at the Can Am Speedway Friday night as Lance Willix claimed the headlining 358 modified feature.
With five laps to go Willix made the move off turn two to take over the lead and it proved to be the winning move. He led the rest of the way for his first win of the season and sixth at Can-Am.
Matt Caprara had a solid night coming from 10th to finish second with Billy Dunn going from 15th to third. Larry Welling Jr. and Addison Bowman completed the top five.
Tyler Corcoran held off Richard Murtaugh to win the DIRTcar sportsman main event.
Other winners were Andrew Hennessy (crate sprint cars), Corey Valade (Thundercars) and Genavieve Bartlett (limited sportsman).
