Winger Makes Winning Move At Fairbury

FAIRBURY, Ill. — Going down the backstretch at the Fairbury Speedway Ashton Winger made his move.

The Georgia driver executed a slide job on race leader Brian Shirley to assume the lead. Winger was able to lead the final 17 laps of the 50-lap race. The $10,000-to-win MARS Late Model Series race was Winger’s second MARS feature win and his first career Fairbury win.


Jason Feger finished second with Shirley, Ryan Unzicker and Dennis Erb Jr. completing the top five.
