ZANESVILLE, Ohio — Bobby Pierce added another $20,000 to his bank account on Wednesay night.
Fresh off a victory in the Dirt Late Model Dream, Pierce won the Shale Crescent Dirt Cup at Muskingum County Speedway.
Pierce grabbed the lead from Josh Rice on lap 28 and led the remainder of the 28-lap event.
Rice finished second, with Nick Hoffman, Hudson O’Neal and Tyler Erb completing the top five.
The event, which was designed as a showdown between racers from the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the Lucas Late Model Dirt Series, saw Team Lucas win the battle 117-84.
