CRESCO, Iowa — Tyler Bruening won Thursday night’s Blue Ribbon Classic for the Malvern Bank East Series late model race at Cresco Speedway.
Bruening started second and took the lead from Dylan Thornton on lap four and led the remainder of the distance to pocket the $5,000 payday.
Dallon Murty raced from fifth to finish second, with Jesse Sobbing, Thornton and Bill Leighton Jr. rounded out the top five.
