BATAVIA, Ohio — Officials with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series presented by FloRacing have announced that the Friday, July 3 event originally scheduled for Atomic Speedway has been relocated to Mansfield Speedway.
This move was made possible through the cooperation of Atomic Speedway, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, and Mansfield Speedway, all working together to ensure one of the biggest races of the holiday weekend could still take place.
“We were honored to be asked to host this race for all the fans, teams, and competitors, and to do our part in assisting Atomic Speedway and Charlie Vest as they look toward to the future to build the best path forward for their loyal fans and competitors,” said Mansfield Speedway owner Matt Tifft.
The event will remain a complete Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series program, highlighted by a 50-lap, $25,000-to-win feature event with full championship points on the line.
“We’re excited to bring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series back to Mansfield Speedway,” said series director Rick Schwallie. “We appreciate the efforts of Mansfield Speedway and everyone involved in making this event possible on short notice, and we look forward to putting on a great show for the fans.”
