ARCA Series Toyota development driver Taylor Reimer and fourth-generation stock car racer Kaeden Ballos are this week’s guests on The Pits Are Open with Will Marotti.
Taylor Reimer is an emerging American race car driver and rising female talent in motorsports. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she began racing go-karts at age six and became the winningest female driver at Port City Raceway.
After a standout collegiate career as a University of Oklahoma cheerleader, she returned to racing and quickly gained attention, including becoming the first woman to win a national midget feature race.
Now competing in the ARCA Menards Series, Reimer is part of the Toyota development pipeline and is pursuing a path toward NASCAR.
Kaeden Ballos is a fourth-generation American late model stock car driver from North Carolina, continuing a deep family legacy in short-track racing. After progressing through karting, Bandoleros, and Legends cars, Ballos has established himself as a disciplined, high-upside competitor in late model competition.
In early 2026, he captured his first major victory in the NASCAR Local Racing Series at Tri-County Speedway, charging back to the lead in the closing laps after a late restart and sealing the win with a decisive pass. Now building momentum, Ballos is emerging as one of the sport’s most promising young talents.
