Snowball Derby Pole Goes To Majeski

PENSACOLA, Fla. — Ty Majeski continued to his late-season hot streak by winning the pole for the 57th annual Snowball Derby during Friday’s qualifying session at Five Flags Speedway.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion, who won last week’s Billy Bigley Sr. Memorial, turned a best lap of 16.175 seconds to best the 44-car field.

 

Kaden Honeycutt qualified second, with William Sawalich, Haeden Plybon and Connor Okrzesik rounding out the top five.

The top 30 qualifiers are locked into Sunday’s field.
