CORDELE, Ga. — Casey Roderick turned the fastest lap during qualifying for the Southern Super Series super late model headline Saturday at Crisp Motorsports Park.
However, Roderick will start eighth in the main event following the redraw, while fourth-qualifier Dawson Sutton drew the pole.
Roderick turned a lap of 15.696 seconds, while Bubba Pollard, who will start fifth, was second quick at 15.725 seconds.
Jett Noland was third quickest and drew third starting spot in the 28-car field.
Hudson Bulger was fast qualifier in the pro late model division and drew sixth starting spot. Augie Grill was eighth quick and will start on the pole Saturday afternoon.
