It’s Money In The Bank For Ty Majeski

MARNE, Mich. — Ty Majeski added a missing notch to his racing résumé on Wednesday night.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion who has won races from coast to coast, captured the Money in the Bank 150 at Berlin Raceway.

Despite a rain delay, Majeski won the 10th annual event for his first victory at Berlin aboard the familiar No. 91 late model.

“I haven’t felt this way in a while,” Majeski said. “I’m proud of our team. This is a tough race track, and it forces you to step outside your comfort zone from a race car standpoint and as a driver. I love the challenge and the discipline it takes to get around here.

“It took us five tries, but we finally conquered it tonight.”

Local veteran Brian Campbell finished second, while Dylan Stovall, Max Reaves and Chase Pinsonneault completed the top five.

The finish:

Ty Majeski, Brian Campbell, Dylan Stovall, Max Reaves, Chase Pinsonneault, Tristan McKee, Evan Shotko, Austin Hull, Chase Burda, Terry Senneker, Tyler Lupton, Andrew Morrissey, Harrison Halder, Chris Shannon, Treyton Lapcevich, Andrew Scheid, Scott Thomas, Hudson Halder, Buddy Head, Chet Monaweck, Erik Jones, Michael Atwell, Carson Hocevar, Keith Herp, Ken Wobma, Justin Thomas, Blake Rowe, Boris Jurkovic, Bubba Pollard, Holt Halder.
