NASCAR Cup Series star William Byron is set to contest a zMAX CARS Tour event at North Carolina’s Caraway Speedway on July 3.
Byron will pilot the No. 24 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet for JR Motorsports. He also competed in late model competition with JRM at Hickory Motor Speedway in 2014.

Byron competed for JRM in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition in 2017, where he scored the championship aboard the No. 9 Chevrolet.
It’ll be the Hendrick Motorsports driver’s fourth start in CARS Tour action. Byron won a super late model event at Hickory in 2015.
