Butcher Holds Off Majeski At Winchester

WINCHESTER, Ind. — Cole Butcher held off Ty Majeski to win the 53rd running of the Winchester 400 super late model race at Winchester Speedway.

Butcher gained the lead with 59 laps to go and held off Majeski’s late charge to win by .625 seconds on the legendary half-mile race track.

Butcher earned $20,000 for winning the race that was run under the ASA STARS National Tour banner.

Only four drivers finished on the lead lap, with Kyle Steckly and Chase Pinsonneault following Butcher and Majeski to the checkered flag.

Casey Roderick was scored fifth but was seven laps behind at the checkered flag.
