HAMPTON, Ga. (July 11, 2026) – Ryan Blaney earned the pole for Sunday’s Quaker State 400 Available at Walmart after posting the fastest lap in the final round of NASCAR Cup Series qualifying Saturday evening at EchoPark Speedway.
Driving the No. 12 Ford for Team Penske, Blaney turned a lap 179.912 mph to claim the top starting spot. His Team Penske teammate Joey Logano will start beside him in the second position.
Blaney’s pole effort marked his 14th NASCAR Cup Series pole, second of the 2026 season and second at EchoPark Speedway.
“The goal today was to qualify the best we could, and we did that,” Blaney said. “It’s great to have a Team Penske front row. Looking forward to tomorrow to see what we’ve got in the draft.”
Blaney will lead the field to the green flag for Sunday’s 260-lap, 400-mile NASCAR Cup Series race at EchoPark Speedway. Sunday’s race marks the third round of NASCAR’s In-Season Challenge, where Blaney matches up against 26th place qualifier William Byron.
