SCM: What‘s the long look? What do you feel needs to happen for ASCS in the long run?

Mattox: We‘ve got to continue to make names of our drivers, and when ASCS comes to town get fans to want to come to the track. We want to roll in with 10 to 15 cars on our own, and when we combine with our regions we‘ll be stronger still.

We want to make it stronger and have promoters wanting to book our races. That‘s our goal.

SCM: Any additional thoughts?

Mattox: I want everyone to be ready for a bigger and more exciting ASCS to come. Good things are coming.
